Bose SoundLink Plus: 33% off for Prime Day, now $179

The Bose SoundLink Plus is discounted to $179 from $269 during Amazon's Prime Day sale, a 33% reduction and the lowest price seen for this model since Black Friday. Amazon's promotion excludes the Citrus Yellow color, though Bose is offering that option as well.

Prime Day runs from June 23 to June 26, and Bose says the SoundLink Plus sale will continue through June 28; Amazon's offer may disappear when Prime Day ends on June 26. Previous Memorial Day savings lowered the speaker by 22%. The SoundLink Plus packs one midwoofer, one tweeter and four passive radiators to boost bass for outdoor use.

It carries an IP67 rating, can float if dropped in water, and promises up to 20 hours of playtime. A USB-C port supports reverse charging, and the speaker shows an amber status light if it’s too wet to charge another device.
