Book 'em, Danno! 'Hawaii Five-0' Is Coming to Netflix

Hawaii Five-0 will return to Netflix on June 1, 2026. Developed by Roberto Orci, Alex Kurtzman and Peter M. Lenkov, the series follows the Hawaii Five-0 Task Force, a fictional Hawaii Department of Public Safety major-crimes unit that reports only to the Governor; Alex O'Loughlin stars as Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett.

The show had previously been available on Netflix before being pulled as streaming rights shifted to CBS All-Access, which later became Paramount+. Only the first five seasons will stream on Netflix, a package that totals 118 episodes. The 2010 series was a reboot of the classic 1968 show and proved a ratings success, averaging about 10 million viewers across its 10 seasons.

Its action sequences earned praise and two Emmy nominations for Outstanding Stunt Coordination, and elements such as Morton Stevens' Hawaii Five-O Theme and the line "Book 'em, Danno!" were retained.
