Bobbi Brown calls Jones Road's Bright Skin Illuminating Drops 'vacation in a bottle'

Jones Road has introduced Bright Skin Illuminating Drops, a hydrating highlighter that blends shimmer with skin care. Described as “like molten metals bottled,” the formula aims for a soft, understated sheen rather than heavy sparkle.

Formulated with aloe vera, glycerin and fruit extracts, the drops are designed to keep skin hydrated while imparting glow. They come in a full range of six shades and can be applied to eyes, the collarbone or the Cupid’s bow.

Unlike powder or metallic highlighters that can emphasize texture, these drops go on like a serum and are said to keep skin smooth all day. Replacing the brand’s Shimmer Face Oil, the new formula is dewy and hydrating rather than oily and layers with the brand’s Miracle Balm.

“This is my vacation in a bottle. Three drops and I look like I just got off a plane from somewhere warm.” A reporter who swatched the Rose Gold and Champagne shades found a sheer, buildable wash; a few drops during the daytime can brighten skin without looking overdone.
