Best Silent cards for Ascension 10 in Slay the Spire 2
Ascension 10 isn't about finding a perfect synergy—it's about plugging leaks. Your starter deck is a problem, and you need to fix those problems as quickly as possible. For the Silent, the Sly modifier is the most powerful mechanic: discarded Sly cards still play.
That power comes with a caveat: without reliable discard options, Sly cards become curses that ruin early hands. Early value matters. Grab at least one AoE such as Echoing Slash, Flick‑Flack, or Dagger Spray. Poisoned Stab pairs well with Bubble Bubble, and Backstab or Assassinate provide quick damage.
Ricochet and Flechettes stay useful as hands grow, Snakebite is viable because of Retain, and Dagger Throw or Dash are solid early picks. Next, sort out defense to limit chip damage. Footwork provides Dexterity, while Abrasive, Blur, Leg Sweep, and Blade of Ink help control incoming damage or apply Weak.
