Austin Sosa moves to fast-track divorce from Jaime King

Austin Sosa filed a Declaration for Default or Uncontested Dissolution on June 22 seeking to finalize his divorce from Jaime King without a trial. In the filing he stated the couple have "no assets or debts to be disposed of by the court" and checked a box relinquishing any right to spousal or partner support.

Sosa first filed for divorce in January after King was seen with hotelier Vikram Chatwal. King said she was "completely blindsided by the divorce filing" and that she had been with Sosa the night before it became public; she added that, despite normal challenges, she believed they were working on their relationship and denied any romantic involvement with Chatwal, calling recent interactions strictly professional.

The pair secretly wed in April 2025, and Sosa listed their separation date as Nov.
