Nothing brings me more joy than listening to music, and for the last five years Audioengine's A2+ Wireless 2.0 speakers have been my go-to on the desk. They're on Prime Day sale for $223 for the white pair and $209 for the red edition, down from their usual retail price of about $279.

These are powered speakers with a built-in DAC, yet they remain compact enough for a desktop. Connectivity is broad: Bluetooth 5.3 with aptX-HD, USB-C digital audio, a 3.5mm analog input, or RCA L/R. Each satellite houses a 2.75-inch aramid fiber woofer and a 0.75-inch silk dome tweeter; output is roughly 30W peak per channel at 4 ohms (60W total) with a rated frequency response of 65 Hz to 22 kHz.

The sound is what keeps them in so many setups. Mids are warm, treble stays clean, and bass is ample for the speakers' size, making them excellent for music, gaming, or watching streams and documentaries.
