Ariana Grande spotted with ex Ricky Alvarez after split from Ethan Slater

Ariana Grande was photographed at an Austin restaurant Thursday, smiling and chatting with ex-boyfriend Ricky Alvarez while in town for her "Eternal Sunshine" tour. A source told TMZ she was hanging out with friends for her 33rd birthday and "there is nothing romantic between Ariana and Ricky this time around." She was also seen taking pictures with fans.

They have been seen together before — in New York in 2019 — and were briefly linked romantically after Alvarez, a former backup dancer on Grande’s Honeymoon Tour, joined her in 2015. Grande referenced him in "Thank U, Next," singing, "Wrote some songs about Ricky / Now I listen and laugh." The outing comes after Grande's split from her Wicked co-star Ethan Slater earlier this year.
