The first trailer for Angry Birds Movie 3 has been released, continuing the story of Red (Jason Sudeikis) and his feathered friends seven years after the 2019 sequel. Rachel Bloom returns as Silver, while Danny McBride and Josh Gad reprise their roles as Bomb and Chuck.

This installment shifts the comedy toward parenthood: Red and Silver’s children are voiced by Walker Scobell (Glider), Emma Myers (June) and Psalm West (Olly). The footage focuses on Red’s attempts to be relatable and "cool" to his kids, delivering the series’ colorful animation and fast-paced humor even as it offers a different kind of joke than earlier entries.

The original Angry Birds Movie (2016) grossed $352 million worldwide on a $73 million budget and ranked among the highest-grossing video game films, while the 2019 sequel took in $153 million on a $65 million budget.
