Paramount's animated adaptation of Among Us, created by Owen Dennis, leans heavily on the simple premise that made the game a hit: crewmates completing tasks aboard a ship while one or two impostors sabotage and kill. The original multiplayer title debuted in 2018 and later rose to prominence during the early period of the COVID-19 pandemic; the series follows a similar hook, centering on new hires for Mira Corporation transporting Ore+ from an asteroid to a refinery called Industria.

The voice cast is strikingly star-studded — Elijah Wood as Green, Patton Oswalt as White, Yvette Nicole Brown as Orange, Kimiko Glenn as Cyan, Liv Hewson as Black, Ashley Johnson as Purple, Wayne Knight as Lime, Phil LaMarr as Brown, Randall Park as Red, Dan Stevens as Blue, and Debra Wilson as Yellow and the ship’s Computer.
