American Ninja Warrior Season 18: How to Watch & Stream

American Ninja Warrior returns for its 18th season with a mix of returning competitors and fresh faces. Nearly two decades in, elite athletes from the U.S. and its territories assemble to take on the world’s toughest obstacle course. Season 18 raises the stakes with a new Tripleheader round — a supersized, three-lane race where Ninjas go head to head to head — and the National Finals will follow an all-racing format with a $250,000 grand prize.

The season premieres Monday, June 8 at 9/8c, with new episodes airing every Monday at the same time throughout the summer and streaming the next day online. Veteran hosts Matt Iseman and Akbar Gbajabiamila return to the booth, while Zuri Hall is back on the sidelines for her seventh season.

"Being a part of telling [Ninja] stories is so special," Hall said.
