Amazon's 103-Minute 'Vengeance' Is Major Prime Video Hit

Vengeance (aka Venganza) is a 103-minute action thriller from Mexico that blends elements of Batman and Rambo to introduce a new vigilante. Directed by Rodrigo Valdés and led by Omar Chaparro and Alejandro Speitzer, the Prime Video original was described by the studio as one of Prime Video's "most ambitious" action thriller projects in Latin America and has become one of the streamer’s most-watched releases from the last few weeks.

The film opens with a decorated special forces hero discovering his wife has been brutally murdered, leaving him with a single purpose: vengeance. An unexpected twist makes him a millionaire, and he uses his fortune to build an arsenal and hunt down those responsible.
