Amazon Germany selling discounted Crucial P310 and P510 SSDs to US buyers
Amazon Prime Day has brought discounts on two Crucial NVMe drives that are shipping from Amazon Germany to US customers. The 1TB Crucial P310 PCIe 4.0 SSD is about $143, down from $176, while the 1TB Crucial P510 PCIe 5.0 SSD is $164, reduced from $179. Newegg also lists a P310 2TB model for $274.99 with a $10-off promo code (FTTF6425).
Orders from Amazon Germany should arrive stateside next week for Prime members, though international fees could apply. Prices are notably higher than at launch. The 1TB P510 originally cost $100, and the P310’s 1TB variant once ran $80. Collectively, even discounted, those drives have increased in price by 63.94% and 79.55%, respectively.
The P510 is positioned as a main OS drive: a PCIe 5.0 SSD using a Phison E31T DRAMless controller with Micron 276-layer TLC NAND and a 600 TBW endurance rating. Its random 4K performance measures 84 MB/s reads and 316 MB/s writes, and it ran at about 64 degrees under intense load in testing.
