Amazon drops Meta Quest 3S to $297

Amazon has cut the Meta Quest 3S to $297 from $349, a 15% reduction and near the lowest price seen in months.

The 3S sits between Meta's older Quest 2 and the flagship Quest 3: it offers about two extra hours of battery life, 8GB of memory, up to 256GB of storage, and is powered by the Gen-2 Snapdragon XR2. Dual RGB color cameras and two full-color, high-fidelity pass-through lenses boost its graphics and immersion.

Buyers get instant access to more than 40 games plus a three-month trial that includes Red Matter 2, Pistol Whip and Thief Simulator. The 3S is positioned as a middle ground—cheaper than the high-end Quest 3 but a clear upgrade over the mostly renewed Quest 2.

The deal carries a 3/5 rating for bringing the headset below the $300 mark. Amazon's Prime Day runs June 23-26, 2026, and this offer is expected to expire with the event on June 26.
