The Amazfit Cheetah 2 Pro moves the line toward a more elegant, premium smartwatch. Priced $150 above its predecessor, it targets runners while competing with models such as the Garmin Forerunner 570 and the Coros Apex 4, and can track more than 170 activities.

With a hip injury limiting my runs, I focused on indoor rowing, walking, biking and golf to test its capabilities. Amazfit has improved golf support since 2025, adding quick swipes to view distances to hazards, the target and pin positioning, plus manual zoom and a map that adjusts as you approach the green.

Entering shots feels more intuitive than on earlier models, and the watch’s guidance helped me shoot my best score on a local par-3. Hardware highlights include a titanium case, sapphire glass, a brilliant 3,000-nit AMOLED display, an integrated LED flashlight, microphone and speaker.
