Alien RPG gets harrowing campaign following hapless Colonial Marines
Operation Leading Edge is a standalone adventure for three to five players due in Q4 2026 and is available for pre-order through the publisher’s store. It follows the release of Alien RPG Evolved Edition earlier this year, which received four and a half stars in a review.
Playable as a one-off, the adventure also serves as part two of the Jeremiah Saga trilogy, following Rapture Protocol. Apart from the core rules, the box contains the adventure, double-sided battlemaps, five pregenerated characters, playing cards with character agendas, tokens and handouts.
The scenario places players in the roles of a team of Colonial Marines sent to secure a rich mineral deposit on the remote moon Jeremiah VI. It’s presented as a routine drop‑n’‑stop mission — “What could possibly go wrong?” The Alien RPG has been praised for its tense, anxiety-driven play and is often recommended for those seeking a suspenseful tabletop experience.
