Aesha Scott on Hannah Ferrier's 'very special' return to Below Deck Med

Aesha Scott says the return of alum Hannah Ferrier brings a full-circle moment during Season 11, which premieres Monday night. Scott — who was first introduced to the franchise by Ferrier — called the reunion "the buzziest thing ever" and said having Ferrier visit while she has grown into the role "felt like a very special pinch-me kind of moment." Ferrier, who starred alongside Scott in her first season, flew in from Australia and "was there for, like, three days to cheer me on," Scott said.

Off camera, Scott married longtime partner Scott Dobson in March 2026 after planning much of their wedding while filming the latest installment. Settling into married life has changed their outlook: "This sounds so silly, but being married feels so amazing," she said.
