Adria Arjona Fights Super Soldiers in Onslaught Trailer

A24 has released the first trailer for Onslaught, an action-horror film starring Adria Arjona. Posters for the movie appeared online yesterday, and the full trailer has now been posted ahead of the film’s fall release. The official synopsis reads: "When a rogue squad of genetically engineered super soldiers break loose in the desert, a badass Army sniper must unleash hell to protect her young daughter." The trailer follows that premise, showing Arjona’s character living a quiet, secluded life before she must draw on her army training to confront enhanced killers who seem more machine than human.

Adam Wingard directs from a screenplay by Simon Barrett. The project recalls Wingard’s earlier, more grounded work and draws comparisons to his 2014 thriller The Guest, which Barrett also wrote. Dan Stevens returns to collaborate with Wingard, and the actor has described Onslaught as a spiritual sequel to The Guest.

Onslaught is currently slated for release on September 4, 2026.
