A Good Girl's Guide to Murder returns as a six-episode Netflix thriller, with its second season premiering May 27, 2026. The new episodes adapt Holly Jackson's second book, Good Girl, Bad Blood (2020), and center on Pip Fitz‑Amobi (Emma Myers) as she investigates the disappearance of Jamie (Eden Hambelton Davies), the brother of her friend Connor Reynolds (Jude Morgan-Collie).

Season 2 continues to touch on the murder of Andie Bell (India Lillie Davies). Pip now hosts a podcast and keeps an eye on the trial of Max Hastings (Henry Ashton), while the town wrestles with grief, unwanted fame and the difficulty of moving on after a long-running case.

Pip remains the series' anchor: determined, thoughtful and often more mature than those around her. She sidesteps coming-of-age clichés, rarely makes frustrating choices and approaches investigations with care — a quality underscored by a memorable moment in Season 2, Episode 1.
