Pagesix reported that Bethenny Frankel posted an Instagram video Friday offering a reportedly “shady” reaction to NeNe Leakes’ return to Bravo for the upcoming series “Real Housewives: Ultimate Road Trip.” Frankel began by insisting she was “so happy” and “thrilled” for Leakes but then suggested Leakes might be returning because
