Samsung has introduced the Freestyle+, an updated version of its portable Freestyle projector, ahead of CES 2026. The new model doubles the brightness of its predecessor to 430 ISO lumens and adds AI-driven screen optimization.

Called AI OptiScreen, the projector's new software offers 3D auto keystone to correct distortion on uneven surfaces, real-time focus when the unit is moved, automatic screen fit for compatible accessories, and wall calibration to reduce visual distractions. It will also support Samsung's Vision AI Companion.

Like earlier Freestyle models, the Freestyle+ supports 180-degree rotation and 360-degree audio. It also adds Q-Symphony compatibility to work with some Samsung soundbars.

Samsung has not released full specifications, pricing or a firm launch date. The company plans to showcase the Freestyle+ at CES 2026 and is targeting a phased global release in the first half of the year.
