Reckless Ben Says He Can’t Release Part 3 After Court Issues TRO
Reckless Ben’s investigation into the Mansell family’s missing $200,000 Lego Star Wars collection has been halted after he was served a temporary restraining order by the Utah Fourth Judicial District Court. In a video published on June 9, he said a judge allowed Bricks & Minifigs Franchising to serve him with legal papers via his email address, and that he can no longer publish or even discuss the third and final part of his series.
When the investigation last picked up momentum, the CEO of Patreon had stepped in to ensure Ben’s content would remain on the platform, unredacted American Fork Police Department bodycam footage had allegedly leaked online, and the Mansell family’s GoFundMe had risen past $450,000.
