Meghan Markle, the “As Ever” founder, jumped on a viral 2016 social media trend by posting a black-and-white Instagram video of herself dancing with Prince Harry on Friday, Pagesix reported. The clip shows the couple dancing barefoot on an expansive lawn; Markle wears shorts and a white T‑shirt while the Duke of Sussex is in a T‑shirt and pants.

At one point he lifts her as she wraps her legs around his waist and later lowers her into a dip. Markle added Olivia Dean’s “So Easy (To Fall in Love)” as the soundtrack and included a second slide that appears to be a throwback photo of the pair embracing in a pond — Harry in olive shorts and a shawl, Markle in a turquoise wrap over a swimsuit.

She captioned the upload, “When 2026 feels just like 2016….you had to be there,” and credited their daughter with the filming: “🎥 cred: our daughter,” referring to Princess Lilibet, 4. The nostalgic post arrived days after royal author Christopher Andersen told Us Weekly that Harry is “somewhat uneasy” in his high-profile life and, the author said, has “suffered from crippling social anxiety,” while also being “content” with family life.
