Pagesix reports a new season of "Love Island All Stars" will premiere in the U.S. tonight, Jan. 17, after production at the villa in Franschhoek, South Africa, was delayed by a wildfire. The series was due to start on Jan. 12 but kicked off on Jan. 15;
