Fan says BBC listings for Uncloaked may be revealing The Traitors spoilers

A viewer has claimed the BBC may be revealing major The Traitors spoilers through its listings for spin-off Uncloaked, Independent.co reports. The fan tweeted, tagging the BBC’s official account: “I’m tweeting this so hopefully they [the BBC] see it and stop it!!” They added that “[Uncloaked] have themed guests, and the pattern is too obvious.” The viewer said they “knew” former Secret Traitor Fiona would be leaving the show after spotting two Welsh contestants from previous seasons scheduled to appear.

The spin-off also featured series one couple Tom and Alex when this year’s secret pairing, Ross and Ellie, was revealed. Other viewers responded with mixed reactions, including “Really wish I hadn’t read this!”, “Why are you looking at who the guests are before the show airs? Not rocket science,” and “I don't look to see who the guests are on Uncloaked before I watch it but agree, this is a spoiler, if you know in advance!” The BBC normally keeps episodes under lock and key to avoid spoilers; each instalment typically includes a banishment and a murder and contestant identities are closely guarded.

Friday’s (9 January) episode ended on a cliffhanger after Faithful Matthew — one of three contestants who won the chance to ask the Traitors two questions — used his second to pitch a plan to join them in the turret; the other winners of that prize were secret barrister Harriet and Rachel, who is a Traitor.
