Angie Katsanevas rises to center snowflake on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City

Angie Katsanevas, a 52-year-old salon owner from Salt Lake City, has risen from a guest role to the “center snowflake” on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City as the show wraps its sixth season. Born to immigrants from Crete and raised Greek Orthodox in a predominantly Mormon city, Ms.

Katsanevas said she felt isolated growing up: “I grew up in an all-Mormon neighborhood. My entire grade, my entire school, everyone was Mormon.” She has described a childhood of babysitting relatives, wearing hand-me-downs and being raised by a single father of seven.
