An 80-year-old man and his dog were killed in a hit-and-run Tuesday night, Jan. 27, in the 4400 block of Woodman Avenue in the Sherman Oaks area of Los Angeles, authorities and local outlets said. The victim was identified as Andriy Korshunov. Korshunov, 80, immigrated to the U.S. after
